In Year School Transfer/Application for Admission

If you are considering Christ Church CofE Primary School for your child, please review our full admission arrangements below. We also encourage you to read through our prospectus to gain a deeper understanding of life at our school.

To apply for a place, please complete the Sandwell Local Authority Form and email it to midyear_admissions@sandwell.gov.uk

If your child is currently attending another Primary School, an In-Year Transfer Form must also be completed by Parents/Carers and signed by the Headteacher of their current school, they will then send the form to Sandwell Local Authority on you behalf.

Please note: If a place is offered, your child’s original Birth Certificate must be brought into the school office prior to starting.
